Heins PCM Machinery Ltd. is a Corporation
established in 1986 to manufacture plastic container
machinery. The present owner and president is Mr.
Gaston A. Petrucci.
The company began manufacturing major components and
spare parts for blow moulding equipment made by the
leading manufacturers of the time. Soon the company
started the manufacture of complete extrusion blow
molding machines incorporating the latest advances
in technology. Innovative designs incorporating
modular construction concepts result in a well
conceived range of machines for the production of
bottles and containers of up to 10L.
Technical breakthroughs achieved at Heins PCM
include the development of a multi-parison machine
to produce bottles with multi-layer wall profiles.
The multi-parison machine has the advantage of being
able to process post-consumer plastic waste and
enables different resins to be used to form
multi-layer wall profiles. As an example, one resin
can be used to ensure an impermeable inner layer,
another - the previously mentioned post-consumer
recycled material - for the middle layer and an
outer layer for appearance and texture. This process
often results in considerable cost savings for the
customer. Other significant advances made by Heins
PCM include:
• A quadruple (4) Parison head for PVC
• A double cut Spin Trimmer
• A quintuple (5) Parison head for PE material
• Automatic container packing machine
• An excess material removal and leak detection
machine
Scientific research and experimental development
(R&D) of new products and technologies is an
on-going concern at Heins PCM. With staff attending
and exhibiting in major trade shows both
domestically and internationally, we keep abreast of
market trends and closely listen to customer
concerns.
Heins PCM Company Limited has a history of
establishing and maintaining long-term relationships
with a number of repeat customers. The company sells
its products directly and indirectly to customers in
Canada, the U.S.A., Latin America, Europe, and
Australia. Close contact with the customer is
maintained throughout the entire acquisition process
from initial contact to final design, shipping
arrangements and on-site installation. Our blow
moulding machinery and auxiliary equipment are in
operation all over the world.
