CT1000 Tray Packer is
designed and engineered to automatically transfer
bottles onto a tray so that the operator can be
freed from packing duties.
The CT1000 delivers superior testing capabilities
because of its straightforward design. Through the
PLC control, all aspects of the tray packer are
controlled. Simply enter the number of bottles that
will fill one row onto the operator interface and
that will trigger a counter. Once the counter has
counted a full row, it will begin to push the
bottles onto the buffer plate. Once the buffer plate
is full, it will then push the bottles onto the
tray.

development: the DF4000 Deflash unit. Always

department designed the unit with flexibility and

The result is a machine that is flexible enough to

customers. Bottles may be manually fed, or the unit
may be inserted in the production line.

LD1000 Leak Detector is
designed and engineered to automatically test for
leaks in plastic bottles of various sizes and
configurations. The LD1000 is easily integrated into
existing production lines or as a stand alone unit.
It delivers superior testing capabilities because of
its straightforward design. Through PLC control, all
aspects of the Leak Detector are easily regulated.
This includes a bar graph display so the operator
can visually see the actual pressure inside the
bottle. Setup changes are easily made and saved for
future reference by using the operator touch-screen
interface.

 The
HPCM Vertical Spin Trimmer line features a Safety
Pull-Out System that allows jammed bottles to be
removed without the operator having to enter the
cutting area. The quick release handle frees the
Spin Trimmer from bottle jams and, once cleared,
returns to the original position eliminating the
need to readjust.
The Spin Trimmer features a simple but sturdy design
and can be easily integrated into an existing
production line. Model SPT2500 is extremely
versatile and can be customized to fulfill your
specific needs.
